During the passports services fees are accepted only in the form of money order or certified cheque adressed to Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Vancouver. Please check with the passport information to provide all the necessary documents when applying (please bring all the original documents with thier photocopies). Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Additionally please bring pre-paid return postage envelope (mail type “acknowledgment of receipt” for example: Registered Mail, Canada Xpress Post etc.) in exchange for return postage fee.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the appointed time in order to fulfill the passport application.
